JUPITOUR 2010

THE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND

(A message from Howard and Jacqui Bryan the organisers)

The Jupiter summer tour 2010 was from Tuesday 1st to Saturday 12th June inclusive

(12 nights)

2010 marks the centenary of the start of series Jowett car production in Bradford, an event celebrated when Jowett Car Club members descended on the city over the Spring Bank Holiday of 2010.

The Jupiter owners Auto Club mark edthe occasion too, by starting this Jupitour from Wakefield on Tuesday 1 June. Participants of the JCC Rally to be ideally situated to join in. The idea behind this Jupitour is to revisit some of the wonderful places on the West Coast of Scotland to which the Bryans have sailed over the past thirty years, except that this time the idea is to reverse the magnificent views!

Poolewe, Westeross, a village on the north west coast of Scotland

Readers may like to note the following if they are interested. Quite a number of those who took part in the 2007 Jupitour to the North of England and the Borders indicated that they would like to take part.

Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Inner Hebrides
